The gasket seals the cold and heat medium in the heat exchanger, and at the same time separates the cold and heat medium reasonably without mixing. The cold and hot fluids flow in the channel, and the countercurrent can flow downstream. During the flow, the hot and cold fluid exchanges heat through the wall. The combination of the flow of the plate heat exchanger is formed by different reversing plates and different assemblies. The process combination can be divided into single flow, multi-process and vapor-liquid exchange process, and mixed flow form. The process combination of the heat exchanger is selected according to the process conditions.
